Terms of Use VetVault — DropsaVET Nederland B.V.

Article 1 – Applicability

These terms of use apply to all users of VetVault, the digital lubrication schema platform of DropsaVET Nederland B.V. ("DropsaVET"). By submitting an access request or logging in, you agree to these terms.

Article 2 – Access and authorised use

Access to VetVault is exclusively for approved users. You may only use the lubrication schemas for professional purposes in your capacity as a service partner, distributor or DropsaVET employee. Sharing your login credentials with third parties is not permitted.

Article 3 – Liability

All lubrication schemas in VetVault are recommendations based on DropsaVET's knowledge and experience. These schemas are not binding and may differ from the machine manufacturer's specifications.

DropsaVET accepts no liability for damages, direct or indirect, arising from:

• use of or reliance on information in VetVault;
• incorrect grease quantities, lubrication points or intervals;
• failure to consult the original machine manufacturer documentation;
• damage to machines, installations or property due to incorrect application of the schemas.

The user is solely responsible for assessing whether a lubrication schema is suitable for the specific machine and application. DropsaVET also accepts no liability for consequential damages, loss of profit or immaterial damage.

Article 4 – Confidentiality

The content of VetVault — including lubrication schemas, technical documents and business information — is strictly confidential.

You agree not to:

• share this information with third parties not authorised by DropsaVET;
• reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise disclose this information;
• use it for any purpose other than the purpose for which access was granted.

This confidentiality obligation remains in force after termination of your access to VetVault.

Article 5 – Intellectual property

All schemas, documents and other content are owned by DropsaVET Nederland B.V. or its licensors. Copying, modifying or reproducing content without prior written consent from DropsaVET is not permitted.

Article 6 – Termination of access

DropsaVET reserves the right to terminate access to VetVault in case of violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all downloaded content.

Article 7 – Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Gelderland, the Netherlands.
